Since 2006, Virginia's IT Contingent Labor (ITCL) Contract has been available to Commonwealth public-sector organizations seeking hourly, T&M resources or deliverables-based projects less than $2 million.
To date, over 1600 staff aug. engagements and projects have been successfully completed at 70+ public entities.
CAI is the contract's full-service Managed Service Provider, overseeing all service delivery tasks including:
- Agency consultation
- Response management
- Candidate evaluation and validation
- Interview facilitation
- Invoice processing
- Help desk support
- Performance oversight
